Parkade Closure

Hey all,
I got the notice under my door yesterday that the parkade is going to be closed from July 29 to August 2. Does this mean that all cars have to be removed from the parkade during that time and parked somewhere else? Or does it just mean that we can't drive in or out?
Any clarification would be appreciated. Thank you!
Closed parkade
You better hope some of the punks in this building don't try to ram the parkade entrance/exit gate to get out during those few days. If some of them are so impatient they can't even wait for a traffic light to change, I highly doubt they can wait the 4-5 days and may go crazy. These are the same punks which basically don't think ahead and plan ahead so they will likely not find alternative parking.
Clarification
In order to (finally!) complete the parkade reconstruction, all the cars will need to be removed from the parkade during the closure. This will allow them to apply the delaminate coating and let it set without being disturbed and so that the parkade can be cleaned.
Another notice about the closure (with more details) will be re-issued shortly.

Amendment
Just to be sure, we touched base with the lead engineer, and you CAN leave your vehicle in your stall during the closure. However, should you do so, your vehicle will be trapped inside the parkade during the closure.
The cleaning has been postponed to allow for longer drying/sealing time. (Which means we'll have to vacate for it to be cleaned at a later date).
All done?
For 2 million repair cost. I hope they had fixed all leaks.
