Lower the hot water tank temperature by 5 - 10 degree in summer time.
Stop running the exhaust fan on each floor 24hrs a day. May be every two hours.
Shutoff air conditioning after 3:00am.
Turn off the two dirty jumbo fan at the eastside of the building.
Shutoff air pump during summer...
