Walkthrough March 22nd

Things look pretty good in the Centre Tower all things considered.
The issues the security committee noted were the following:

* Broken Handle on Storage Door near 12th floor elevators
* Ceiling Hatch on 11th floor outside suite 1105 is open exposing what looks like some kind of shut off valves
* 7th Floor outside suite 704, broken smoke detector
* 9th Floor North Stairwell door handle is broken - the door cannot be unlocked from the stairwell side
* Ankle deep water throughout the 3rd floor parkade stairwell which is causing rust and damage to the door frame and walls

*to be noted that is the north towers parkade stairwell

and most of the stairwells in the parkade do not open from the inside with the regulation building key. still wondering the reasoning behind this particular fact
