Capital Centre

We did a walk-through of the Centre tower on April the 5th and found the following issues:

* Center Tower Outer Front Door lock is broken, it has been punched out from the door frame (this happened sometime during the day on the 5th)
* Found a dish rack in the 6th floor stairwell
* 11th floor has a significant water leak, the ceiling and carpet were wet outside of suite 1105
* Lock in the stairwell outside suite 901 is still broken
* Smoke detector outside suite 704 is still broken
* There is a car parked in stall 26 which shouldn't be parked there, the car has been parked there for a number of days now
* There is also a car parked in the temporary parking which has been parked there for a long time and is taking up multiple stalls. Given that tenants are being told the temporary parking is full, we can't have people double parking.
