Vomit on the balcony railings???

In case any body is wondering where the vomit on your balcony railing came from last night/this morning blame unit 1101 South. Twice I witnessed them puking off their balcony at 3 am and 4:30 am this morning. Luckily I saw it so I could get rid of it before it baked on my railing from the sun. They were also pissing off their balcony as well! I hope these idiots are evicted SOON! I'm tired of cleaning cigarette butts, garbage and now puke off my balcony. I feel for the person who parks out back in stall #13. Their car was covered in vomit and unit #1101 South should be charged for their car cleanup! I have complained about this before in an email with no response. Hopefully, management will respond to my email this time.

I hope people are screened more carefully who move into this building. I would hate to see my investment decline (and others) because of these assholes!

I feel sorry for you having to live underneath some of these types of punks. South tower seems to be the worst with punks (hence thats why its the dirtiest) and for sure they don't screen people who move into the building. In fact, I would never buy a unit in this building for that same reason.

Punks are punks and even if management starts to write 'letters' to the unit, they will likely forget and do something else similar in the future. The only effective way is to use the law against these kinda punks (ie. getting police involved for having them vandelized your property essentially or having a letter written by a lawyer). At the very least, the police will have a record of what they were doing even if they insist on doing nothing most of the time.

Chris had to deal with a punk who was unirating near the dumpsters and then the guy whipped eggs at his balcony so it goes to show you that you are not alone in dealing with punks. Not sure what happened to the middle aged/seniors in this world.
