Any updates on the proposed elevator modernization?

I thought the modernization is supposed to take place in early May. However, I don't think there is anything going on at the moment. Any inside information?
Originally, the modernization was to begin on May 2. However, given the amount of work that needs to be done, the elevator company decided that they needed to do quite a bit of repair work in North and Center first, so that they could focus their attention to the modernization project once it began (and keep those elevators running fairly well).
Now, if everything is still going according to plan, the project should be set to begin on Monday, May 16. But, it sounds like no messaging has been sent out to any South tower residents, so it may still be being delayed (for some reason). In any event, the project will begin soon.
After speaking with the Property Manager this week, the project was delayed because Sterling was working on another project (elsewhere) that ran long. For the same reason as it was delayed before (due to the North & Center tweaks, rather than splitting their resource to begin on time, they have delayed the project so their full attention can be put on it. If all goes according to plan, it should begin on Tuesday, following the long weekend.
