who controls it? I'm talking about the hallway conditions, not our individual units.
although i am curious about those too. It seems that my thermostat doesnt really do shit no matter what its set to, during the summer months, and only works during the winter.

As for the hallway climate controls... sometimes when its cold, it continues to blow cold air. brilliant.
and now that its hot, the past few days its been failing to blow cold air.

any insight folks?
