-post elevator bookings/potential dates on the boards in the lobbies
(same with potential water shutoff dates)

not just when its about to happen, but rather let us know how close these things are to happening

-post availability of apartment units in the lobbies

-let everyone know when major things happen (IE: homeless problems in the parkade, the police raids that happened last month)

this is my 2 pennies anyways, im sure everyone has their own opinion
i just feel there should be more communication back towards the people who actually live and use the building
right now, any news we get is like some huge newsflash and everything else is kept under wraps
