Actually they've moved now, but I thought I would document what I found out from trying to have them towed.
This is my understanding of how to have someone towed from dealing with Edmonton Parking Enforcement.
1. Make sure you can prove that the parking spot is yours.
(Something included in your lease agreement or documentation showing title)
2.Call the EPS Non Emergency Line at 780-423-4567. Ask for a Parking Enforcement Officer to attend your location.
You will need to be there when the Officer arrives and will need to show proof that the stall is yours.
3. the Parking Enforcement Officer will ticket the vehicle and call for a tow.
Although the Capital Centre Condo Association does participate in the 'Private Agency Parking Program' and our Agency Parking Enforcement Officer can write parking tickets, he cannot arrange for the towing.
You can also call a towing agency and have the vehicle towed, but you would be liable for towing and storage fees, not the parking offender.
Parkade Enforcement
We can help with this, through the agency Parking Program (City of Edmonton). There's some paperwork you need to sign first, though. My email is still hooped, so you'll have to call me.
