Nice job on the Parkade cleaning but what is with the sauna down there, why is it so hot in the parkade, it as got to be costing a fortune to heat that place. I remember when the average temperature down there was in the mid teens during the winter, now it is in the high 20,s!

Parkade Temp
The parkade temperature is (temporarily) higher than normal because one of the parkade heating motors died and needs to be replaced. While we wait for this to happen, the other motor has been switch to manual mode, to compensate. Meaning, the temperature sensor (which would normally turn off the heater when it reaches a certain temp) is off. This is something we have to suffer through to ensure that the water pipes (i.e. sprinklers) don't freeze in the parkade again.
Once the motor arrives and is replaced, everything will be back to normal.
