Heat?

We have the heat turned way up in our apartment, and nothing. The hallways also feel cold. We heard weird noise - like running water - coming out of the registers Friday morning, and suspect that might have something to do with the lack of heat. What's going on?
Heat.
One of the motors of one of our two air make up units has completely died. So, we're currently running off just one, for the entire building, while we wait for the second motor to arrive.
Once the second motor has arrived and been installed, everything should be back to normal. Hopefully (depending on how long it takes to arrive), it will be completed by the end of the week.
Is it possible the heat is on
Is it possible the heat is on max at all times now? I feel like I'm getting sweaty waiting for the elevator and when I go to my vehicle in the parkade the extreme heat makes me feel as though I'm going to pass out.
Parkade Temperature
The Parkade temperature is still high because we're still waiting for the 2nd motor to arrive and be installed. Once it has, we can switch them both back to auto (and off manual), and the temperature will return to normal conditions.
Please be patient; we're at the mercy of shipping time, contractors and the holiday season.
