Capital Centre

You've a 50-50 chance of riding the south tower C2 elevator, that it stops on Main and doesn't move. The digital Floor flashes M05 and it won't move no matter the floors pushed.

Head over to the center tower, and voila, those ones don't work either. North tower is fine though, so it only takes you out of the way by 10 minutes or so.

Sadly, the 'finished repairs' aren't finished.
