Landscape

What does everyone think of our landscaping? Do you like our trees? Our white rocks?

Do you think we should replace the trees that were destroyed in the storms with more of the same or with something else (like oak or elm trees)?

What other kinds of exterior vegetation would you like to see?

Could use improvement

The landscaping isn't too bad, but it could definitely use improvement. I'm not really knowledgeable enough about vegetation to name off specific plants that would look good out front. Putting something nice in the planters would be a great start though (actually I think there were some flowers growing in them last summer).

One thing that did interest me was the north west corner of the property - where there's that the big concrete square area. I really have no idea what the intended purpose of this area is. It certainly seems like potentially useful space though. It seems like it would be the perfect place to put a fountain (I actually wondered if this was the original purpose).

I realize that a fountain is very expensive to install and maintain, but hey - it's a pipe dream and it would definitely look impressive and add some major curb appeal to the building.

Could be better

It's OK, but it could be better. As far as the vegetation goes I think it's not bad, but the planters that are used look terrible. Maybe some planters that match the buildings exterior.

It's a downtown building.

It's a downtown building. Even if the tenants left it alone, the general populace would see to it, that any work to make the outside look better, would be wrecked within a month.
