Not surprisingly, Celtic found a way to bungle that up and made it almost impossible to schedule the AGM (and do it properly) before the end of their time with us. So, as we have 15 months from one AGM to the next, the Board decided to delay having it until we have selected the new PM and have them in place.
Which means, the next AGM will take place no later than January.
