Capital Centre

Hi everybody!

I am trying to purchase a condo in Capital Center. However, i had a hard time obtaining all the up-to-date condo documents. From the Celtic Management Webpage (www.celticmanagement.ca) and I found out all the condo docs are out-dated. Sadly, I couldn't get hold of Terry (Capital Center's Property Manager) where i tried calling numerous times and visiting the office.
I only have 10 days to review the condo documents so i have a rough idea on Captial Center's condition (finance, upcoming maintainece, post-tension cable maintainence, reserve fund study etc....) I would really want to move this fine loaction, so if anyone here know how to get hold of more recent condo docs, please let me know!
