I want to thank Chris directly for his efforts in creating results in terms of the security of this building. Because of the onsite security person rather than the previous offsite security guards with the random dog walks, I was able to get someone to deal directly with a noisy neighbour immediately about someone playing loud music past 11 pm. The security guard knocked on the person's door and told them to tone it down which produced results immediately.

I also want to thank him for cleaning up the water pipe mess (by having the pipes steam cleaned) which has completely eliminated the water hammer issues which were occuring.
