I wanted to mention that I think the recent painting done in the lobby looks really good. It's great to see what a simple paint touch up can do to improve the overall aesthetics of the building.
I just noticed today on my floor in Centre Tower that all the holes in the walls in the hall had been patched and painted. I think the dings, scrapes and holes had been there for years so it was good to see a positive step towards improving the overall quality of the building. Thx maintenance.

Yes it is nice, and we all have plenty of time in the south tower to admire it while we wait for the 1 elevator.
