As of today, Celtic Property Management is now running our building. Expect a LARGE improvement, but do be patient during the changeover, as it will take a bit of time for them to get up to speed.
Tania Silva will be the new site office Manager, and the site office will re-open TOMORROW (Nov. 2) at 11am. The hours for the first week are posted on the site office door (they are irregular at this point), but as of Nov 8, regular office hours are as follows:
10-5pm, M-F.
See the contact page for full contact information.
The water will be shut down tomorrow - Wednesday, Oct. 20 - from 9am to 4pm for boiler repairs.
As announced by the Board at yesterday's AGM, Larlyn has been terminated, effective Oct. 31. On Nov. 1, Celtic will assume control of managing our property.
The parkade will be closed from 6 pm Thursday July 29, 2010 until 6 pm August 2, 2010 in order to apply a waterproofing membrane to the parkade's drive lanes.
Residents may leave their cars in the parkade during this time, however there will be no access to the parkade during this time.
There will be brief alarm testing on Monday, April 12 2010
You do not need to leave the building.
The alarm monitoring system is currently being repaired. Alarms will not go directly to the fire department. If you hear the fire alarm ringing, please call 911.
The water will be shutdown on Tuesday November 24, from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
The Security Committee has added a new set of forums to the Capital Centre Web Site. We'd like to see residents use these forums to address security and maintenance issues. Examples of the the types of issues residents should report include:
- Furniture being dumped in the alley
- Vandalism of the building
- Burn't out light bulbs
- Damage to personal property
