- Broken beige bumper dumped in alley by Physio clinic
- P2 centre tower entrance to elevators from commercial side unlocked
- loose steel plate covering hole in grate on P3
- Hydrolic speed control door mechanism broken off on P3 east door to elevators
- Pool chemical room entrance (from sauna) unlocked
- Door to 8th floor from North Stairwell STILL broken
- Light (one) on 8th floor near elevator burnt out (west light)
- Vomit on carpet near 704
- Water stains on carpet outside 502
- Exit door to street from South stairwell requires tinting
- Plastering required above stairs from floor 5 to 6
- Plastering required above stairs from floor 8 to 9
- Plastering required above stairs from floor 9 to 10
- Electrical panel missing near 301
