Power Outage

The power outage that occurred yesterday between 11:30am to 10:30pm was as a result of an EPCOR fuse having blown. This ended up causing other fuses to blow further down the line, when they attempted to fix the first one. Other areas of the downtown core were subsequently affected.
What caused the original fuse to blow was not disclosed.
