I will make this short, but it looks like a guy named Darin, who was rather drunk when we found him (Norm and I), has been trying to get back into his suite 403, which he was evicted from. He also broke the front glass, in the North Tower.

If you see him, call the police (911). He is trespassing, and is not allowed in here.

The police have escorted him out once already. Don't bother listening to his BS - as he will lie about everything, don't waste your time.
