Hello,

Is anybody else in North tower having problems with the heat? I called the Larlyn site office yesterday afternoon because it was freezing, and my thermostat was reading 15C. They sent over a guy from Ye Olde Plumber. He checked my pipes and briefly looked at the windows, and said the only way for me to get more heat was if he upped the boiler temperature. He must have done that, because the temperature creeped up to 17C.

Did this happen last year? I know we've had record-breaking lows the past week, but I don't remember my unit dropping below 20C.
